I am scared I have gastro cancer and it affects my heart because I don't eat. My symptoms include diarrhea, constipation, no appetite, no desire to eat, loud gas, pain like hunger spasm pain, dry mouth, and anxiety. What could be causing these symptoms and how can I get my appetite back?
