I was on prednisone for 3 years, starting at 40mg daily, then reduced to 20mg daily, and finally 10mg and 5mg on alternate days. I was 68 years old and overweight when I stopped taking prednisone. Four years later, I was diagnosed with a cataract in one eye covered by dense scar tissue, and six years after stopping prednisone, my teeth began to fall out. Could my eye problem and/or my dental problems be the result of the prednisone?

I just had my bloodwork and urine tests done, and everything was fine except my creatinine level was 1.7, which is slightly above the high end of the scale at 1.34. My BUN and BUN to creatinine levels were fine, and my urine test was also fine. I am a bodybuilder, 6'2" and 250 lbs. My doctors said it's not a big deal, but is this correct?

I was diagnosed with panic disorder in Nov 2010. I take Clonazapam, Buspirone, and Venlafaxine. I used to take Citalopram instead of the Venlafaxine. Everything was fine until Nov 2011 when the attacks came back as I was driving. I still wake up in the morning shaking and tensing up. I think it's the Venlafaxine. My new Dr. wants to put me back on the Citalopram at my request. Why do you think I am still tensing up and shaking when I wake up in the morning and in certain situations?
