I just had my bloodwork and urine tests done, and everything was fine except my creatinine level was 1.7, which is slightly above the high end of the scale at 1.34. My BUN and BUN to creatinine levels were fine, and my urine test was also fine. I am a bodybuilder, 6'2" and 250 lbs. My doctors said it's not a big deal, but is this correct?

I was diagnosed with panic disorder in Nov 2010. I take Clonazapam, Buspirone, and Venlafaxine. I used to take Citalopram instead of the Venlafaxine. Everything was fine until Nov 2011 when the attacks came back as I was driving. I still wake up in the morning shaking and tensing up. I think it's the Venlafaxine. My new Dr. wants to put me back on the Citalopram at my request. Why do you think I am still tensing up and shaking when I wake up in the morning and in certain situations?

My boyfriend had a spinal fusion done on his back almost 7 months ago. He has residual nerve damage affecting the sciatic nerve and possibly causing erectile dysfunction. He experienced improvement in pain and overall feeling about 2 months ago but then got worse again. The doctor said it would get better and then get bad again before finally improving. When can he expect to start feeling better, and is there a possibility he may never regain erectile function? He feels nauseated and not well a lot of the time.

I have been experiencing strange dizziness almost every other day, lasting from a few minutes to a few hours. This dizziness can make it difficult to stand and sometimes feels like my foot is slipping on ice when I start walking, which has led to near falls. Additionally, I sometimes feel a vibration in my heart. I am 50 years old, very athletic, and have had these symptoms for almost 2 years. I visited an emergency room in Germany, but they found nothing. What could be causing this dizziness, and how can I get the necessary medical tests without health insurance?
