I have been experiencing strange dizziness almost every other day, lasting from a few minutes to a few hours. This dizziness can make it difficult to stand and sometimes feels like my foot is slipping on ice when I start walking, which has led to near falls. Additionally, I sometimes feel a vibration in my heart. I am 50 years old, very athletic, and have had these symptoms for almost 2 years. I visited an emergency room in Germany, but they found nothing. What could be causing this dizziness, and how can I get the necessary medical tests without health insurance?

I had a physical 6 months ago with a PSA level of 2 or 3. My doctor retested this month and it's now 5, sending me to a urologist. I'm worried about the rapid rise and the possibility of aggressive cancer, especially since I have a family history of prostate cancer and a dull ache behind my left testicle. What does this rapid rise in PSA indicate, and what should I expect from the urologist?

I am a 68-year-old female who quit smoking 3.5 years ago. I have a chronic cough that produces clear frothy phlegm and has recently intensified, producing more white or yellow phlegm. When lying on my back at night, my chest rattles on exhale and I feel the need to cough constantly, making sleep difficult. Lying on my side stops the rattling. I am also a breast cancer survivor who underwent left-side radiotherapy 16 years ago. What is causing this cough and should I see a doctor?

Do I have to choose between treating my chronic depression and the possible recurrence of breast cancer or cancer in other parts of my body when taking hormone suppression drugs like exemastane, anastrazole, or tamoxifen? I currently take 60 mg of Cymbalta, which I've read interacts with tamoxifen.

I have severe Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) with enthesitis and restrictive pulmonary disease, unresponsive to biologic drugs and DMARDs. I am on continuous oxygen and have limited mobility due to pain. I am seeking information on a surgical procedure involving transplant surgery and removal of connective tissue fused to the rib cage, as seen in an episode of The Doctors. Is this surgery possible, and if so, which facility can perform it?
