I've been experiencing cramps on my left side, lower abdominal area, which radiate towards my back, and I have soft diarrhea. These attacks started in September last year and have occurred four times, lasting 3-4 days each. I also had blood in my stool once last year, and my stool varies in consistency daily. Additionally, I have frequent urination, especially when lying down, and my stools often smell bad and produce a lot of gas. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do to get a proper diagnosis?
