I have a swollen lump next to my ankle. It feels like a little bit of both hard and soft. I have had my gallbladder removed, been through IVF in the past years, and have been on a lot of antibiotics, ibuprofen, and Panadol recently. My back of the leg is sore around my ankle and under my foot sometimes when I walk. The lump is just swollen around my ankle, about the size of a 20 cent piece, feels like fluid but is a little hard. What could this be?

I'm a 50-year-old woman with chronic constipation issues. I recently tried a new natural product called Cleanse More, which seemed to work well but caused a sharp pain in my abdomen to the left and up a couple of inches from my belly button after about 3 weeks of use. The pain is tender to the touch and has been intermittent. I have low blood pressure, dry skin/hair, occasional dizziness, high energy, a little overweight, and am menopausal (on BHRT). I'm scheduled for a colonoscopy and thyroid test. What could this pain be?

I developed a pain on my lower left back. I am diabetic. It started about 2 days ago and increases every time I move. Just a slight turn at my waist is excruciating. I am 60 years old and obese. Have you had any recent injuries? What seems to make the pain better or worse? Is there any weakness in the lower leg or numbness? Does the pain radiate down to the knee or is it only in the back?
