I throw up every time I use the bathroom to go poo. It usually happens every few months, but now it's every time. I'm experiencing chills during these episodes, and sometimes I throw up before even starting to poop. I'm a 26-year-old female, 5'2" and weigh 185 lbs. Good morning Dr. Phil, it’s Gina. On Sunday night, I felt a small lump in my throat. Early Monday morning, I woke up with a sore throat. I gargled with warm salt water, drank water, and took it easy, going to bed early. My period is also coming. I woke up several times during the night with an achy upper body, stomach, and breast discomfort, which feels higher than normal cramps. This morning, my throat doesn’t hurt as much, but I’m tired, feel run down, my head feels a little heavy, and I have a slight cough. What could be going on?
