I got a nose injury about a month ago from a falling barbell. My nose looked bruised and swollen initially, but it appeared straight with no nosebleed or bruised eyes. An X-ray showed no significant nasal fracture. The swelling has slightly improved but my nose still feels fuller, and I have difficulty breathing through one nostril, especially when lying down. Is this due to persistent inflammation or something more serious? Will my nose return to normal, or should I get it checked out?

I had Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion (BRVO) and macular edema, for which I received a steroid injection 3 weeks ago, noticing about 20% improvement. I also have a history of Behçet disease affecting my left eye. What could be causing these blind spots and what steps should I take to address them?

I have an aching pain in the right side of my stomach near my right hip, which hurts when I take a step. I also have slight burning when I urinate. I am having a bowel movement after each meal. I have ulcerative colitis. Can this be the cause? I have urgency with the movement. I am six weeks shy of 85 years old, on blood pressure medication, and medication for digestive reflux. I also have severe arthritis and take shots for joint pain.
