I began experiencing a burning sensation in my lower abdomen and lower back on my left side, which worsened and spread to the right side, accompanied by hot sweats, nausea, and dizziness. I went to the emergency room, where a CT scan, blood work, and urine sample were all negative. The doctors suspected a kidney stone or urinary tract infection, but found no evidence of stones, hernia, or diverticulitis. They mentioned a couple of liver lesions but said they shouldn't cause the pain. I was sent home with pain meds and antibiotics, but the pain persists, especially when sitting or standing up. Can you suggest anything?

Just had a chest X-ray. My best friend recently passed away from non-small cell lung cancer. I'm a nurse and very scared. I'm taking CONSENTYX for PsA and have a non-productive cough. What does the X-ray report indicate, and should I be concerned about lung cancer?

I am 74 years old and have been diagnosed with 2 blood clots in my right lung. My local GP has put me on blood thinners to prevent more clots from forming, but further tests and scans have not found additional clots. I live in Eden NSW, which is far from major cities like Sydney and Melbourne. My doctor wants me to see a Haematologist, but there are none locally. Can you recommend a Haematologist in Sydney?

What warm-up is necessary to do before a marathon so that the feet and legs do not hurt? I often experience leg pain after running over 15 km.

Had trigger injection in the right occipital area. Is it normal to experience flushing, increased anxiety, and a higher heart rate after the injection? Can I wash my hair, blow dry, and go to physical therapy (PT)?

I have had a swollen lymph node in my neck near my ear for about 3 years. My primary care physician isn't concerned, but when I turn my neck too fast, I experience a pinched nerve sensation with hot burning on that side. I have also recently lost significant weight (from 155 lbs to 121 lbs in seven months) and am not hungry. Should I have a biopsy to ensure everything is okay?
