What might be causing the cysts and how could I prevent them from occurring?

I have a 5 cm X 5.5 cm X 5.3 cm simple ovarian cyst on my left ovary. I recently stopped taking birth control after 10 years and am wondering if it might go away due to ovulating again, or if it might need to be surgically removed. What would be your recommendation as a physician?

I was out last night and my toes got numb because of the snow. I came back home and took a hot shower which seemed to help. However, I slept with my big toes both having a tingly sensation, and woke up this morning with that sensation still there. Do I have tissue damage from frostbite, and will it spread if I don’t seek medical attention immediately?

My partner and I were treated for Chlamydia about a month ago with azithromycin. She tested negative after treatment, but I tested positive. Is it possible that the treatment could work for her but not for me, and how common is it for azithromycin to fail as a treatment for Chlamydia?
