I believe I have plantar warts on the bottom of my left foot. I haven't been to public places like gyms or pools, haven't shared socks or shoes, and live alone. I wear the same pair of shoes and socks for several days in a row, which sometimes smell. Could bacteria be the cause of the warts, or how else could I have gotten them?

I've had a persistent skin rash for 7 months, affecting mainly the neck, trunk, and scalp. The rash is raised, red, and scaly, and it gets worse with tight clothing. I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and a positive ANA and Sm/RNP. I've tried antihistamines, steroids, and Montelucast, but the rash persists. What could be causing this rash and what further steps can I take?

My wife experienced a sudden episode of incoherence, profuse sweating, and weakness while in the restroom. She is now resting comfortably but appears fine. She is 64 years old, has no history of mini strokes, and is a non-drinker, non-smoker, and very active. Should I take her to the emergency room immediately or let her rest and go in the morning?
