I've had a persistent skin rash for 7 months, affecting mainly the neck, trunk, and scalp. The rash is raised, red, and scaly, and it gets worse with tight clothing. I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and a positive ANA and Sm/RNP. I've tried antihistamines, steroids, and Montelucast, but the rash persists. What could be causing this rash and what further steps can I take?

I am 52 years old. My Pap smear results came back negative, but they want me to go back due to areas of suspicion. What does this mean? Is it cancer? Additionally, I had a breast mammogram last week, and now they are asking me to do an ultrasound. I have dense breasts and have never been asked to do this before. What does this mean?

My wife experienced a sudden episode of incoherence, profuse sweating, and weakness while in the restroom. She is now resting comfortably but appears fine. She is 64 years old, has no history of mini strokes, and is a non-drinker, non-smoker, and very active. Should I take her to the emergency room immediately or let her rest and go in the morning?
