I have had diarrhea for 4 days. What should I do - go to the ER? I take blood pressure medications including Plavix, beta blockers, ACE inhibitor, and cholesterol medication. I have no allergies and my doctor is aware of my medical history, but I've never experienced this much diarrhea before.

I was hit with force near or on the thoracic spine (in between shoulder blades) 12 months ago and also at the base of my brain left side cervical region (same spot). Since then, I have had issues with numb tingling hands, constant chills from the thoracic region, pins and needles, chronic constipation, difficulty breathing, chest infections, and a crackling noise traveling up my spine. My quality of life is being affected. What can be done to address these symptoms?
