Can I fail a sweat patch drug test by just being in a room around drugs or having sex with someone who has used drugs?

Received Brain MRI results today. Findings of an Osseous lesion measuring 22x9mm on the right parietal calvarium and another lesion measuring 6mm on the left parietal calvarium. I am very concerned. Should I be? What additional tests should I consider, and what could these lesions indicate?

I have itchy eyes and a minor dry cough. The itchy eyes have worsened due to tree pollen. I am 78 years old and currently use Zyrtec and Benadryl for relief. I also have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) which has recently caused diarrhea. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?
