I have been visiting my family doctor for 4 months due to heart palpitations, a fast heartbeat, and recently diagnosed as diabetic with high bad cholesterol. I have also been experiencing jaw soreness and muscle tears in my jaw, despite no known injury, and now my legs are starting to bruise. I am getting tired of going back and forth to my doctor. What do you think?

I fell from a horse last Sunday and went to the trauma center because I have a fusion at L4, L5, S1 and was terrified that something came loose. I found out via CT scan that the hardware looks good and nothing is broken. However, I had severe bruising to my kidney and heart (ribs). Everything is feeling 110% better except my 'heart'. I am unable to lift anything up or even get out of a chair without being very careful. Would a CT scan see if there was anything more going on than bruising? Should I go back or just give it more time?
