I feel extremely tired with any slight activity, my appetite is low, and I have been diagnosed with sinusitis and high cholesterol. I am currently taking Simvastatin. I have also done various tests including kidney function, malaria, typhoid, ECG, echocardiogram, and thyroid tests, all of which came back normal or negative except for the thyroid test. My TSH is very low, indicating hyperthyroidism. I am a 32-year-old mother of a 6-month-old baby and have been experiencing sleep deprivation. What could be causing my extreme fatigue, and what dietary and medication changes should I make?

I'm on chemo/radiation and my blood pressure is low today at 99/57. What do I need to do to bring it up? I had trouble with my blood pressure back in February. I'm currently using medications, I'm a 79-year-old male, and there's nothing else in my medical history that the doctor should know.

I went outside in the heat and felt weak, tired, more exhausted with muscle pain. I also experienced coughing, burning in the arms, and rib pain. What do you think it is?

My wife was saving a baby raccoon and got scratched very slightly on her finger, just a dot-sized spot of broken skin. The raccoon had a can stuck on its head and she pulled it off, making it unlikely that saliva got in the wound. She does not have health insurance. Is it medically advisable for her to get the vaccine or is the risk of transmission extraordinarily low?

I am 30 weeks pregnant and concerned about potential listeriosis exposure. My husband defrosted a tightly sealed frozen fish package in the refrigerator, causing some thaw water to leak onto the shelf. I ate a packaged sealed sausage from the same tray but believe its packaging did not come into contact with the water. Should I be worried?
