I've had bright yellow diarrhea for 4 days, accompanied by some nausea and problems eating. My appetite is low, and I can't keep much food in my system. I have a rash on the outside of my vagina and anus that started 1 1/2 weeks ago. It burns sometimes and feels raw. The rash comes and goes with severity, especially when it's hotter. It's sometimes itchy but mostly burns, and I also have a random sore on my lower buttock that won't go away. I ride horses for work and frequently get heat rash, but I know this is different. I had unprotected sexual intercourse 2 weeks ago, and symptoms appeared 2 days later. I was diagnosed with strep throat last week and finished my Z-pack 3 days ago.
