I have a rash on the outside of my vagina and anus that started 1 1/2 weeks ago. It burns sometimes and feels raw. The rash comes and goes with severity, especially when it's hotter. It's sometimes itchy but mostly burns, and I also have a random sore on my lower buttock that won't go away. I ride horses for work and frequently get heat rash, but I know this is different. I had unprotected sexual intercourse 2 weeks ago, and symptoms appeared 2 days later. I was diagnosed with strep throat last week and finished my Z-pack 3 days ago. I am using store-brand A&D ointment and baby powder. What could be causing the rash, and what should I do?

I'm a 22-year-old female experiencing pain with initial insertion during intercourse. The pain is consistent every time before intercourse. I've been using vaginal dilators since March, but I'm still having pain with initial insertion. I can't insert anything without resistance or pain.
