I have had acid regurgitation since 2000, occurring 8 to 12 times per year, which is painful. Last night, I experienced a severe regurgitation event that went into my nose and ears. I am not currently taking any medication for this condition. What should I do to manage this issue and reduce my risk of complications, including cancer?

I'm a 22-year-old female experiencing pain with initial insertion during intercourse. The pain is consistent every time before intercourse. I've been using vaginal dilators since March, but I'm still having pain with initial insertion. I can't insert anything without resistance or pain.
