I find myself crying for little or no reason. This has been happening off and on for years but has become embarrassing. I also feel like I'm wearing earplugs, have trouble understanding the first words spoken at a normal rate, and have suffered from vertigo several times. I've tried medication for anger and other issues for two years but it didn't seem to help. I take medication for blood pressure, cholesterol, and acid reflux. I had neck surgery two years ago and had thyroid problems last year, taking medication for four months, but it was okay afterward. What could be causing this?

For several weeks, I have been experiencing severe pain in my left leg, particularly from the knee upwards into the groin area. I cannot sleep at night as the pain wakes me up. I was sent to the hospital last week for a hip X-ray and am waiting for the results. Last night, I was up most of the night with the pain, and it is still with me this morning, very much in the groin area. Any help please?

I went to the ER and tried two different medications to stop vomiting, but neither worked. I was able to get the fluids I needed, but my stomach still hurts badly nearly all the time. Blood work and scans are clear, but I'm still vomiting and have lost 16 lbs in the past 6 weeks. My blood pressure is 173/89, which has been high for a couple of weeks. I don't have an appointment with my doctor for a couple of weeks, and she has been dismissive of my issues. I'm considering changing doctors but need advice in the meantime.

I have been experiencing anal leakage, severe pain, and itching after bowel movements for about 2 years. The symptoms started around the time of a colonoscopy 2 years ago, which showed no issues. I have no abdominal or pelvic pain, and my bowel movements are regular. Could the colonoscopy have caused these symptoms, and what can I do to address them?

I live in a 600 square foot house with my parents and my mother's 7 dogs. The dogs frequently urinate and defecate inside the house, and my mother has placed 'dog-toilet papers' all over, including in front of the back door. I've recently given birth to a baby boy and am concerned about the health effects of the ammonia from the dogs' urine and feces, how long odors can persist in wood, and whether my baby could develop asthma, pneumonia, or bronchitis. Additionally, I am a single parent attending university with limited financial resources, and my mother has previously threatened suicide when asked to remove the dogs.
