I have been experiencing anal leakage, severe pain, and itching after bowel movements for about 2 years. The symptoms started around the time of a colonoscopy 2 years ago, which showed no issues. I have no abdominal or pelvic pain, and my bowel movements are regular. Could the colonoscopy have caused these symptoms, and what can I do to address them?

I live in a 600 square foot house with my parents and my mother's 7 dogs. The dogs frequently urinate and defecate inside the house, and my mother has placed 'dog-toilet papers' all over, including in front of the back door. I've recently given birth to a baby boy and am concerned about the health effects of the ammonia from the dogs' urine and feces, how long odors can persist in wood, and whether my baby could develop asthma, pneumonia, or bronchitis. Additionally, I am a single parent attending university with limited financial resources, and my mother has previously threatened suicide when asked to remove the dogs.

I have sarcoidosis and recently had a full blood work panel done. The results showed high levels of IgG (2263) and IgA (841), and low levels of Vitamin D3 (5) and Vitamin D2 (<4). My doctor advised me to take 2000 IU of Vitamin D3, but I cannot take more due to my sarcoidosis. What does this mean and what should I do?
