I have been experiencing tears in the lining of my anus over the past year, which have progressively worsened. These tears often bleed, cause pain and itching, and are exacerbated by hard stool, even when bowel movements are normal. I don't engage in anal sex. What could be causing these tears, and how can I heal them and prevent new ones from forming?

I have sarcoidosis and recently had a full blood work panel done. The results showed high levels of IgG (2263) and IgA (841), and low levels of Vitamin D3 (5) and Vitamin D2 (<4). My doctor advised me to take 2000 IU of Vitamin D3, but I cannot take more due to my sarcoidosis. What does this mean and what should I do?

A few years ago, I took a pharmacy tech class and a teacher who is a pharmacist said I had AIDS because I had a stink smell. I had an HIV test and a Western Blot test, both of which were negative. Is it true for her to say this?

If my foot is slightly warmer than the other one and maybe slightly swollen, could this be deep vein thrombosis (DVT)? It's not tender or very red. I am having a recurring fear that I have DVT even though my calf isn't swollen. It hurts and has hurt for 6-8 weeks. But I got a Doppler ultrasound and that was normal. But now my foot looks slightly swollen and might be slightly warmer.
