If my foot is slightly warmer than the other one and maybe slightly swollen, could this be deep vein thrombosis (DVT)? It's not tender or very red. I am having a recurring fear that I have DVT even though my calf isn't swollen. It hurts and has hurt for 6-8 weeks. But I got a Doppler ultrasound and that was normal. But now my foot looks slightly swollen and might be slightly warmer.

I wake up with thick saliva in my mouth and occasionally have a very dry mouth when I sleep. What could be wrong and what should I do?

I am 64 years old and have a difficult time with healing after surgery. I have a frayed Achilles tendon that has been injured twice, once about 4 years ago and again 2 years ago. I have not had surgery yet but it has been suggested. I am concerned about the success of the surgery, the recovery process, and whether it would be beneficial to try a cortisone shot first. Additionally, my home has about 20 stairs I have to navigate, which adds to my concerns about recovery.

I am a 34-year-old female who had gallbladder surgery three months ago. Since then, I have been experiencing persistent nausea, upper middle abdominal pain radiating to my back, loose stools, decreased appetite, and weight loss. I have been to the ER multiple times with normal blood work results, including normal enzymes that rule out pancreatitis. What could be causing these symptoms, and what tests should I request from my doctor?

I was on Cymbalta 60 mg for a year and came off by reducing to 30 mg for three weeks before stopping completely. Within a week, I experienced severe dizziness, vivid nightmares, and complete loss of sexual ability, including difficulty getting an erection, loss of feeling in the penis, and muted orgasms. It's been almost three months and I still have no sexual ability, and now I also have insomnia. Can this withdrawal last this long, and is there anything I can do to reverse this?
