I found a black mark under my big toe. It is roughly 1 cm away from the left side of my toe and about 2 cm up in the middle, not growing from the bottom of my toe. I have a propensity for ingrown toes/fungus, but this mark is in the center, away from usual sites. I am 27, female, with fair skin/eyes and approximately 50 moles/freckles. I am concerned that this could be melanoma.

Regarding blood pressure and eye pressure, does strength training and cardio training lower these pressures over time, and is it beneficial to do various types of training including stretching, regardless of the order? Additionally, do these types of training activities, including heavy and light lifting, pose minimal risk of paralysis or other severe health issues, and is overtraining not harmful in the long term?

My 1 year and 9-month-old baby has had a fever for 4 days, with the highest temperature reaching 40.4°C and the lowest 38.5°C. She was vomiting for the first 2 days but is no longer vomiting. She is not eating well and is primarily breastfeeding. Her breathing is fine, and she does not have a cough, runny nose, or any pre-existing respiratory conditions. Her bowel movements and urine output are normal. What could be causing her fever, and what should I do?
