I gave my partner oral on January 27th 2021 and then on February 27th, we kissed. The next morning, I had a herpes outbreak. My partner says he doesn't have any symptoms. Can he still be the source of the outbreak, and is it true that the only way to be tested for herpes is during an outbreak?

I have been experiencing gas bloating in the intestines for a year and a half, along with symptoms like loose stool, unpassable gas, diarrhea, and constipation. I had a CT scan and sonogram that were normal, but I was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis due to high levels of amylase and lipase, which have since leveled back down. I stopped using cannabis about a week ago to see if it was contributing to my symptoms. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests or treatments should I consider?

Need to check my ultrasound if it's benign. What is the cause of the mild swelling in the thyroid, which appears benign, and what treatment should I consider?

My husband (58) has occasional scattered T2 signal abnormalities on MRI, most likely ischemic, most prominently in the left frontal lobe. I'm wondering if the cause is related to his older brother's (72) FTD diagnosis or his long-term alcohol use. What should I know about these findings?

My type 2 diabetes is out of control, but after a divorce I'm without insurance. I'm only 5'9 (female) and 110 lbs. I need to gain weight, but my glucose is high even after eating what I think to be healthy. I need help. How long have you been concerned about diabetes? Are you currently using any medications, either for diabetes or anything else? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

My blood pressure has been increasing over the day from 133/79 with a heart rate of 70 to 171/70 with a heart rate of 58. I am not on any medications and have been experiencing lightheadedness when standing up and a queasy feeling in my chest. I have been borderline high blood pressure for the last year and follow a vegan diet, do not smoke, or drink alcohol. What should I do?
