I have been experiencing gas bloating in the intestines for a year and a half, along with symptoms like loose stool, unpassable gas, diarrhea, and constipation. I had a CT scan and sonogram that were normal, but I was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis due to high levels of amylase and lipase, which have since leveled back down. I stopped using cannabis about a week ago to see if it was contributing to my symptoms. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests or treatments should I consider?

I need to gain weight, but my glucose is high even after eating what I think to be healthy. I need help. How long have you been concerned about diabetes? My blood pressure has been increasing over the day from 133/79 with a heart rate of 70 to 171/70 with a heart rate of 58. I am not on any medications and have been experiencing lightheadedness when standing up and a queasy feeling in my chest. I have been borderline high blood pressure for the last year and follow a vegan diet, do not smoke, or drink alcohol. What should I do?
