I get an extremely sharp pain in my fourth toe while sleeping. The pain wakes me up and has been happening almost every night for months. I've had the pain for 6 months and it is worse in the middle of the night. I have Addison's disease and Sarcoidosis, and I take cortef and florinef daily. What could be causing this pain and what can be done about it?

I have a lump on my throat wall to the right, not on my tonsil but just behind it. It might be moving behind my tonsil to make it look smaller or bigger. I'm scared it's getting bigger and could be cancer. What could this lump be, and should I be concerned about it potentially being cancer?

I'm currently experiencing moderate sharp pains in my lower left rib area since February 8, 2017. I had an X-ray that showed no signs of a collapsed lung, but I have a history of lung collapses treated with a chest tube and VATS surgery. The pain occurs intermittently and I've stopped physical activities. I feel slight pins and needles in my left arm but no jaw pain. The pain is a mix of burning and sharp. What could be causing this pain and what can I do about it?
