I got a concussion a few days ago and I'm still getting dizzy spells. Should I go see a doctor? I had one other concussion before a few months ago and it seems pretty stable. I'm 21, on medications including glumetza, fluoxetine, and Yasmin 28, and have a history of pre-diabetes and PCOS. I have headaches, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, occasional blurry vision, sluggish arms, balance issues, and extreme dizziness when moving. I've tried Tylenol and Advil for relief, but they only help with headaches.

Could a doctor please explain if every time I feel a heart thud or skipped beat, it is actually a PVC/PAC, or if it could be a normal sinus arrhythmia? Additionally, how can someone know if they have atrial fibrillation, and what are the risks associated with it, especially for young and otherwise healthy individuals?
