I got fillers under my eye almost a month ago. The bruising was severe and lasted 3 weeks. Now, I have discoloration that my injector says is PIH (Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation). They recommended using Obagi skin bleaching cream. How long could this discoloration take to improve, and is it possible for it to go away completely?

I have been experiencing food poisoning for the past 3 days, with symptoms including diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea, and a brief fever. I ate raw sushi, which I didn't realize was raw. I am 29 years old and have been taking Pepto Bismol. I do not have any allergies or other medical conditions. What should I do to alleviate my symptoms and where can I get a doctor's note?

I was diagnosed with herpes type 2 (about 2 weeks ago) and treated with acyclovir. While taking the medication, I noticed a tingling sensation in my lower back that moved up to my neck and remained even after stopping the medication. Additionally, my right inner thigh has become very sensitive to touch since yesterday. Is the tingling sensation normal, and will it go away? Can I do something about it? Is this a side effect of genital herpes or the medication? Is it possible to transmit the virus without active symptoms, and do blisters always form in the same place? Should I use acyclovir cream for new outbreaks, and is it possible to transmit herpes through passive anal sex?

My husband has had strep throat three times in four months. He typically starts feeling tired, feverish, and experiences intense throat pain that affects his ability to sleep and eat. Each time, he has tested positive for strep and has been prescribed different antibiotics (amoxicillin, z-pack, and cefdinir). The strep infections often accompany other ailments like ear infections, COVID, and cold sores. We are unsure if he should see a specialist or continue with the current treatment.
