I got my ribs and chest on the right side smashed by a horse two weeks ago. I went to a doctor, who gave me pain meds that are not helping. I was also being treated for a sinus infection and now I am feeling lightheaded and sleeping a lot. I have had pneumonia once before and am worried it might have returned. Do I need to seek medical attention again as soon as possible?

Yes, given your symptoms of lightheadedness and increased sleepiness, you should go to the emergency...

I have a small tender lump just above my temple and on the side of my forehead. It is very tender, and I did not bump my head. The first couple of days, it hurt to move the muscles in that area, and the pain was radiating. Now, about 5 days later, it is still very tender, but the muscle pain is mostly replaced by what feels like a feverish headache in that area and radiating out on the front and anatomical left side of my head (the side with the tender lump). I’m supposed to get on a plane tomorrow (90-minute flight). What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I had a cold a couple of months ago and since then, I've lost my taste, had difficulty swallowing, a sore mouth, and white spots on my tongue. Warm salt water helped my taste come back temporarily, but the issue hasn't fully resolved. How long have you been dealing with this? Does anything in particular seem to make the skin issue better or worse? Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
