I got tested for HIV and the results were non-reactive for antigen but reactive for antibodies. Does that mean I am HIV positive? My partner is HIV positive but was undetectable and we always used condoms. What are the chances of a false positive in my situation?

What went wrong during my previous endoscopy where I fought against the procedure under sedation? Was the sedation not enough, and why was I able to fight them? I have another procedure coming up and am considering general or conscious sedation. Which one would be better to avoid fighting the procedure? My father, 61, was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure, type two diabetes, sleep apnea, and obesity. He has severe swelling in his feet and ankles, chest pain, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, a persistent cough, and difficulty moving bowels. He is being sent home with an external defibrillator and oxygen. The left side of his heart is weak. What can I expect in terms of his life expectancy?
