I’m having a gastritis attack and have taken tramadol and buscopan. Could I take another tramadol? I’ve used tramadol before, seen a doctor, and had all necessary tests, but the attacks sometimes occur when I’m constipated.

I am experiencing abnormally slow heartbeats during the day, accompanied by a slight chest pain. I've been experiencing this for the past several weeks and have only used acetaminophen sporadically. I am a 30-year-old male with a history of exercise-induced asthma. The chest pain feels like a light burning sensation or pressure, and it occurs without nausea, sweating, or dizziness. It often passes with time but has worsened after exercise and with caffeine intake. My heart rate is usually in the mid 60s-low 70s range when comfortable. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?

I have been experiencing severe headaches for the past 4 weeks, along with dizziness, neck pain, vision disturbances, nausea, and numbness in my face and arm. I have a history of fibromyalgia and chronic inflammation, and recent bloodwork showed elevated sedimentation numbers, anion gap, and EBV and Parvovirus levels. MRI and CT scans were clear. Could this be related to chronic EBV, and what treatment options are available?
