I am experiencing abnormally slow heartbeats during the day, accompanied by a slight chest pain. I've been experiencing this for the past several weeks and have only used acetaminophen sporadically. It often passes with time but has worsened after exercise and with caffeine intake. My heart rate is usually in the mid 60s-low 70s range when comfortable. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?

I need help getting off Xanax. I've been taking it for about 4 months, recently increased my dose from 1mg 3x daily to 4-5mg on some days. I'm experiencing sleep issues and feel lousy all the time. I'm a recovering heroin addict who has been clean for 11 years but took suboxone for 10 years. I want to wean off Xanax but don't know the best way to do it safely.
