It often passes with time but has worsened after exercise and with caffeine intake. My heart rate is usually in the mid 60s-low 70s range when comfortable. I have been experiencing severe headaches for the past 4 weeks, along with dizziness, neck pain, vision disturbances, nausea, and numbness in my face and arm. I have a history of fibromyalgia and chronic inflammation, and recent bloodwork showed elevated sedimentation numbers, anion gap, and EBV and Parvovirus levels. MRI and CT scans were clear. Could this be related to chronic EBV, and what treatment options are available?
