I took a supplement called modafinil and was told it was natural, but later found out it wasn't. I'm half Asian and have read about Steven Johnson syndrome being associated with this medicine. I'm not taking it anymore, and the dose I took was 200mg. Am I likely to get Steven Johnson syndrome from one single dose? I'm experiencing massive anxiety from this.

I have a pre-employment drug test and I'm worried. I'm 6’9 and weigh 250 pounds. I smoked marijuana 14 days ago and did two different THC home drug tests at two different days, both of which came out negative. Do you think I'd be okay if I did my drug test today? The test is time-sensitive and they are most probably doing a urine sample or saliva. I also have an ovarian cyst and have been taking painkillers and birth control pills.

I seem to have a feeling of vibration in my lower esophagus, which I believe could be an esophageal sphincter spasm. I have a history of GERD and reflux, but there is no pain, just occasional quiver or vibration. I had an endoscopy 45 days ago that showed normal results except for some gastritis. What could be causing this sensation, and should I be concerned?
