I had 24 oz of cucumber juice on Wednesday morning, and since then, I've experienced nausea, diarrhea, and gas. I'm concerned if this could be a stomach bug or related to the juice. I'm also worried about the possibility of colon cancer, but I'm 33 and had a healthy physical in January. What should I do?

I'm an 18-year-old female with a sore throat on only one side, which is unusual for me. I had a mild runny nose for the past few days, but otherwise, I feel fine. My tonsils don't look swollen, and I can swallow food and liquids without pain. I'm concerned about the possibility of it being something serious like a peritonsillar abscess or COVID-19. What could be causing this sore throat, and are there any symptoms or treatments I should be aware of?

I am reviewing an Echo report from 2016. I have reduced pulmonary functioning and my Pulmonary doctor asked if I have had an echo. I noticed my left atrium was slightly dilated. I am unclear about the reference tables for left atrial volume index (LAVI), which suggest different cutoff values for concern. What drives the conclusion of above or below 34 ml/m2 being something to watch or be concerned about? Also, my inferior vena cava (IVC) was reported as normal but decreased less than 50% with respiration, while I read it should be greater than 50%. Should I request a follow-up? Heart disease runs in my family, and I am a carrier of Alpha 1 Antitrypsin defect.

I’d like to send a pic of new skin spots detected. Is this clear enough? Hard to do on back. I have skin checks annually. It’s almost a year since last one. I don’t recall them previously. No history of melanoma that I’m aware in family. To sun exposure in youth and 20s. Do not tend to have moles. Should I see the dermatologist soon as I can get an appointment?

I have a 10-day-old chest contusion that is hurting more than before. I have already seen a doctor who confirmed nothing is broken. I have taken Tylenol and Ibuprofen for pain relief. What should I do for the pain and should I be concerned about any complications?
