I have taken Aconite 30C, Arsenicum Album 30C, Calc Carb 30C, Nux Vomica 30C, Pulsatilla 30C, Ignatia Amara 30C, Bach Flower Rescue Remedy, Natrum Mur 6C, Chamomilla 30C, and others. I experienced side effects such as sweating, ear ringing, and worsening anxiety. I also have a history of mental health issues and have recently stopped taking an antidepressant. What can I do to mitigate the effects of these remedies and improve my current condition?

After 10 days of taking 2 pills a day, I experienced severe flu symptoms, chest pain, neck pain, diarrhea, abdominal pain, fatigue, a low-grade fever, and joint pain.
