I have an MRI report indicating mild C5-C6 retrolisthesis, disc height loss at C4-C5 and C5-C6, and various disc bulges and facet hypertrophy causing foraminal and central canal stenosis at multiple levels. I also have a history of disk herniation for about 4 years, intense pain radiating to my shoulders and lower back, a protuberance similar to a buffalo hump, and other conditions like carpal tunnel and tendonitis. How should I interpret these findings and what treatment options are available?

My MRI and other tests were negative, and I have high blood pressure which is under control through medication. What can be the cause of this throbbing sensation?

I work as an EMT and had a blood sugar reading of 11.6 mmol approximately an hour after eating lunch, which dropped to 8.8 mmol an hour later. I had a sugary drink with lunch. I have noticed increased urination, frequent headaches, dizziness, and heart palpitations, but no definitive diagnosis. Is this normal, and should I be concerned about diabetes?
