I have a throbbing sensation on my left side of the head just above the ear. I had flu 3 weeks ago and fever, and 2 weeks ago I had 2 seizures on the same day. My MRI and other tests were negative, and I have high blood pressure which is under control through medication. What can be the cause of this throbbing sensation?

I work as an EMT and had a blood sugar reading of 11.6 mmol approximately an hour after eating lunch, which dropped to 8.8 mmol an hour later. I had a sugary drink with lunch. I have noticed increased urination, frequent headaches, dizziness, and heart palpitations, but no definitive diagnosis. Is this normal, and should I be concerned about diabetes?

What are the signs of a damaged Vagus Nerve affecting the bowel and stomach, and could I be suffering from hypochlorhydria? My symptoms include cold chills, cold skin, trembling, heavy aching in the abdomen 2-3 hours after eating, worsening symptoms 4-5 hours after eating, dizziness, and occasional loss of muscle sensation. I have been on ulcer medication without relief and have seen a gastrointestinal specialist who suggested it might be a nerve problem. I have had negative CT scan results for inflammation and GERD. Could a nerve-related issue like gastroparesis or slow motility due to permanent nerve damage be causing these symptoms? How long does food typically take to move into the intestine area?

I was prescribed Duloxetine 20mg on February 18, 2020, and the dose was increased to 30mg on April 6, 2020. On May 20, 2020, we began to taper it down to 20mg due to adverse effects. Since then, I have had intermittent days of extreme nausea, fatigue, and weakness. Is this normal, and are these symptoms common when tapering off Duloxetine?
