I had a 2-liter saline IV infusion test to check blood levels of aldosterone, followed by a prescription for 1 mg of decadron. During the test, I had to urinate every 20 minutes. My normal blood test showed 4x levels of aldosterone, and my blood pressure has been elevated despite taking multiple medications. My potassium levels are always low, so I take supplements. Since the test, I've been experiencing weak muscles, extremely dry skin, and feeling listless and sleepy. My blood sugar is high, and I have a benign tumor in my adrenal gland. What is going on, and do I need to see a doctor soon?

I have been taking Lorazepam for generalized anxiety and sleep. I took 1mg on Monday, 1mg on Tuesday, 1mg twice on Wednesday, 2mg on Thursday morning and night, 1mg on Friday, and none since then. Should I take anything tonight besides magnesium or melatonin?

I am 3 weeks off Zoloft 25mg. Was on it for 3 weeks and came off cold turkey. I experienced withdrawal symptoms such as insomnia, adrenaline dumps, dry heaves, tremors, night sweats, brain zaps, dizziness, and weakness. Most of these have subsided, but now I have a lot of gas and diarrhea every morning. Is this normal and why does coming off Zoloft do this?

I have a blood creatinine level of 1.19 and an eGFR of 52. Six weeks ago, these levels were 1.10 and 58, respectively. I have experienced swelling in my ankles and around my eyes, increased frequency of urination, and I have rheumatoid arthritis (RA). I was previously on Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, but stopped it six weeks ago. What could be causing these changes in my kidney function, and what should I do next?

I found a lump in my breast in early December and have had inconclusive mammogram and ultrasound results. I've been referred for an MRI, but the current doctor suggests removing the lump for testing. What should I consider doing next?

I have been experiencing worsening constipation and symptoms like stomach swelling with gas, lump in the throat, cough, reflux, and passing hard pebbles with mucus. I am on metformin and have been using enemas and colonic hydrotherapy for IBS. I am worried about the seriousness of these symptoms and if they could indicate something sinister, such as cancer. I have recently had blood tests and am awaiting results, which I fear might show bad news. Additionally, I have concerns about high iron levels and skin spots that I worry could be melanoma. What should I do about these symptoms and concerns?
