I had a bad bladder infection for two weeks. Two cultures came back bad. Then went to the hospital in pain and after pain meds and a full-body CAT scan (clean of any tumors, etc.) and perfect blood work at my physical, I am now very constipated and overall feeling yucky. The urologist will not see me without 3 infections in a year, which I only have 2 a year apart. Do you have any suggestions for me? I am in no pain now, just feel not fully recovered. Thank you.

My father's leg has had edema. His foot started leaking, filling two towels with water, but there's no visible skin break. He has a history of heart problems and is 92 years old. He is already taking Lasix three times a day. Is this a medical emergency, and what else could be causing this issue?

Suppose 60% of kids who visit a doctor have a fever, and 25% of kids with a fever have sore throats. What's the probability that a kid who goes to the doctor has a fever and a sore throat?

I've just had a bowel movement and it was white. I don't have a fever or any respiratory symptoms, but I do drink too much and experience a lot of anxiety and stress. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I'm a 42-year-old male with an enigmatic autoimmune-like illness and have noticed a slight decline in my memory over the past nine years, particularly in the last six weeks. I'm a high-stress bartender and author, and my job demands a lot of memory. I'm worried about dementia and have a clinical case of hypochondriasis. I've taken memory tests and self-corrected a mistake, which I'm concerned might affect my score. Additionally, I'm taking Viibryd for anxiety and low serotonin, but it makes me feel foggy and sleepy. How likely is it that I have dementia or MCI, and how can I rule it out or manage it?
