I have been struggling with acne for the past 12 years, particularly on my cheeks. I have tried various treatments including Tarana (a birth control medication), skin care products, and Russian Peel sessions. My doctor recently prescribed Retin A Tretinoin 0.025%, but I haven't started using it yet. Can I use CeraVe SA cleanser before applying Retin A, and should I avoid using a moisturizer with it? How long does it usually take for Retin A to show results, and does it help with acne scarring, particularly pitted scars?

I have ongoing anxiety and depression, and I would like to speak with a psychologist or a psychiatrist. I have been feeling overwhelmed by the loss of my Nonnee, who died in 2019, and I live with my mom who I don't feel connected to, and my brother is emotionally unavailable. I am 21 years old, unemployed, and will be back in school in January for a bachelor's in psychology. I used to play soccer but had an accident that makes me too afraid to play anymore. I have been experiencing fast heart rate, lightheadedness, and tingling/burning/numbness in my left chest, arm, and hand since April 2020. I have also felt my heart flutter/skip beats a few times. I have been to the ER multiple times and had normal EKGs and an echo. I have hypothyroidism. What can I do to feel normal again and address these symptoms?
