I had a cataract on my right eye and it was removed when I was 55 years old. I only use one eye anyway because the vision is 20/200 in my left eye, due to a defective optic nerve. Should I ever bother to have the cataract removed from my left eye? My vision is 20/30 in my right eye.

I've been experiencing sweating, paleness, nausea, headaches, droopy eyes, and extreme fatigue for several months, especially after eating. I recently traveled to Thailand, which seemed to worsen these symptoms. My GP tested for malaria and referred me to an infectious disease specialist, who found no issues but suspected a possible stomach abscess. I have a paralyzed right diaphragm, a 7mm node in my lung, small nodes on my thyroid, and a goiter. I also have polyneuropathy, fibromyalgia, epilepsy, COPD, gastroparesis, a Vagus nerve disorder, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism, and low blood pressure. I've had radiation in the past and multiple tumors in the parotid area. What could be causing these symptoms, and which specialist should I consult for further diagnosis and treatment?

I have had stomach cramping, loose, light-colored bowel movements, and some clear mucus for about 3 or 4 days. Is this serious or possibly a virus or gastritis? Should I take Immodium? I have been drinking fluids including Gatorade and eating light.

My husband has a half-inch scab on his lower leg from an old wound. After his shower today, there is a distinct red line several inches from the scab. He is 88 years old and has various types of arthritis. Should we see urgent care now or our regular family medicine tomorrow? In the meantime, should we keep the wound clean and covered?
