I'm experiencing sharp stabbing pain in my lower stomach extending to my private area, with my vaginal wall appearing to have collapsed and protruding. The pain started this morning at work and is constant, worsening with movement. I'm not on any medications and am 18 years old. Is this an emergency?

I have been experiencing a squeezing sensation in my stomach for about 3 weeks. I am a type one diabetic with a history of gastroparesis and polycystic ovary syndrome. The feeling started at the top of my stomach but has now spread to the entire stomach, being tighter at the top. I also experience nausea and vomiting at least once a day. What could be causing this and what should I do?
