I have red palms with white dots, numb fingers, burning feet, and a rash in the genital and anus area since mid-June. I drink a lot of wine daily and have had numb fingers before, but it's worse this time. What could this be?

My pain is in the lower right abdominal quadrant, not the upper right where gallstones are usually found.
