I’m 18, male. I started vaping and was vaping a lot for about a week. I had a tight throat and feeling of a lump in my throat for about a week and a half, then it stopped. I was vaping a little yesterday and I got the tight throat feeling again. It usually lasts for an hour and then stops, it may happen like 5 times a day. I don’t have any other symptoms or previous illness. I didn’t consult with a doctor and do not take any medicine. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I've had diarrhea for 5 weeks after exposure with a sex worker. I've experienced headaches, fatigue, and oral thrush. I've taken a 4th-generation HIV test at 30 days, done stool culture, urine culture, blood tests, and hepatitis A + C testing (vaccinated for B), and found only a small E. coli infection treated with antibiotics, but the diarrhea persists. Do you think I have HIV? And does my tongue look normal?
