I am a healthy 38-year-old man. I have been experiencing a strange sensation of numbness/tingling in one spot on my upper left abdomen, just below my left ribcage. The sensation usually lasts for about a second and comes and goes all day. I am not able to go to the doctor any time soon. What could this be and should I be concerned about it potentially being related to my spleen, pancreas, or other organs?

I have been experiencing diarrhea for the past week, which comes and goes around 4-5 times a day. My appetite has decreased, and I feel more tired, but I don't have nausea, bloating, or stomach pain except before going to the bathroom. I am 19 years old and currently taking Imodium for the diarrhea. The only unusual thing I ate before the symptoms started was a couple of unwashed apples. I don't have fever, chills, blood in my stool, nausea, vomiting, or an unusual smell in my stool. I am not aware of any allergies or other medical conditions. What could be causing my diarrhea and what can I do to alleviate it?

I am experiencing blood in stool, loose stool, cramping on my left side and in my lower back, and nausea with hunger that won't go away. I have been taking Ibuprofen and I am 22 years old. I ate slightly pink pork sausage and fast food recently, and I've had diarrhea for a couple of days. I don't eat much other than one meal a day and some snacks, and I am generally constipated. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
