I am experiencing discomfort in my abdomen, around the diaphragm area, which feels like trapped wind or acid indigestion. The pain intensifies when walking and sometimes requires me to remove my bra for relief. I have taken antacid tablets and passed wind, but the discomfort persists. Could this be just trapped wind, and what additional steps can I take to alleviate the discomfort?

After experiencing lower abdominal pain for many months, I was diagnosed with diverticular disease and advised to follow a high-fiber diet. Six months later, I still experience pain and have found a small, pea-sized lump in my lower left abdomen just below the surface. The lump is not painful to touch.
