I had a PICC line over 2 years ago and I'm still feeling pain in my arm at the site of injection. I feel like fainting, and my arm is hurting. The pain comes and goes, and I've been told it's normal, but it doesn't feel normal. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

I have had severe abdominal pain for over a month, which sometimes feels like gallstones and other times like appendicitis. I recently tested positive for SSA Ro antibodies, and my mother has Lupus. Could my abdominal pain be related to Lupus?

What went wrong during my previous endoscopy where I fought against the procedure under sedation? Was the sedation not enough, and why was I able to fight them? I have another procedure coming up and am considering general or conscious sedation. Which one would be better to avoid fighting the procedure? Is general anesthesia safer for a shorter procedure, and does the shorter time under anesthesia reduce risks?
