I am a diabetic living in Las Vegas, Nevada, and my home is in Nashville, Tennessee. I have no primary care doctor yet, and my company insurance has just started. I need to get my prescription for Glyburide and Metformin refilled. As a truck driver, I am supposed to head back to Tennessee once I get a load. Can a doctor help me until I get back home?

I have severe pain in my lower back that started yesterday and is constant. The pain is sharp and doesn't radiate down to my legs. I have tried taking 400 mg of ibuprofen every 4-5 hours, but it doesn't seem to help. What could be causing this pain, and what treatments can I try?

I have been experiencing diarrhea for the last 3 weeks on and off. I am diabetic and take 1000 mg of Metformin daily. My blood sugar levels have been running between 117 to 130 for the last 3 weeks. I have been using Metamucil and Amodium, which have not caused any side effects. I am a 24/7 caregiver to my husband for the last 3 years. What could be causing my diarrhea and what can I do about it?

I'm experiencing tingling legs on and off, which seems to occur after eating sugar, when stressed, or when I haven't been on my feet for a while. I'm 47 years old, not on any medications, and have been tested negative for diabetes. What could be causing this tingling, and what other symptoms should I be aware of if it's related to a more serious condition like MS?
