I’m having pain in my right side just under my rib cage and above the right hip. The pain has been there for a couple of days and comes and goes. It is sharp. I’m 39 years old, recently had my thyroid removed, and I’m taking levothyroxine. I also have fibromyalgia and a benign pituitary tumor. I have diarrhea, gas, loss of appetite, and night sweats, which are new symptoms. What could be causing this pain and what treatments can help?
