I had an explant surgery with lift two days ago. I had capsular contracture on my right breast and decided to just remove the implants without a replacement. I now continue to have the same sensation I did on my right breast, feeling heavy and tight, especially with arm movement or when sitting and standing up. My left breast feels completely normal. My doctor could not feel any hardness or accumulated fluids. Could this feeling be due to the capsule that was left behind, and could this be an indication that a capsulectomy might be the next option?

I have Bell's palsy and it's been over a month. My eyebrow has improved, I can move my ears and flare my nose, but I can't move one side of my mouth. How long will it take for my mouth to start moving again, and is there a deeper issue since I had Bell's palsy 20 years ago?
