I had an 'incident' on 10/23 that drastically changed my life. I experienced severe symptoms including body tremors, eye strain, ringing ears, heart palpitations, memory loss, fatigue, dryness, and internal chaos. My kidneys hardened and softened, and I had difficulty urinating. I also experienced racing heart, narcolepsy, joint and muscle pain, and a sensation of pressure between my stomach and heart. Since then, I've lost 25 pounds, had milder episodes, and my thyroid showed a small growth. My TSH levels have fluctuated, and I've been diagnosed with Graves' Disease and possibly Lupus. I'm on beta blockers and other medications, but I've stopped taking them due to lack of clear explanations. I'm experiencing severe sensitivity to light, dry mouth, enamel loss on teeth, and insomnia. My doctor suggested it might be in my head, but my blood work shows abnormalities. I'm in Plano, Texas, and I'm looking for ways to regain some quality of life. Can you suggest something to try?

I had severe vomiting and diarrhea this past Monday and was rushed to the ER because I passed out and banged my face. I had three bags of fluid and spent 14 hours in the ER. I was told it was a stomach flu. I have been eating bland food since and was told to do so for several days. When do you think I will feel well again?

Why do I often see undigested food in my stool, such as bean sprouts, tomato skins, olives, carrots, and greens? Is this normal, a sign of HIV, or a reaction to stress and depression?

My 10-year-old boy has been complaining of occasional 'sharp pain' in the upper, central part of his abdomen since yesterday. The pain seems to be right underneath where the rib cage opens into the soft, meaty part of his belly. The pain is worst when he's laying down and goes to sit up, and it's also sensitive to the touch. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I'm 76 and in good shape. A recent ECG indicated aortic stenosis though I have no symptoms. My GP said I should have another check in 12 months time. What can I do to prevent the progress of the disease, or is it inevitable?
